Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At City Fashions, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you need to return an item, this policy explains how to do so within our 30-day return window.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no cost. Simply contact us at info@cityfashions.net with your order number, and we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
  • If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, cancellation is no longer available. You will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item.

3. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Condition: Items must remain in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with all original tags intact.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.


4. Mail-In Returns Only

We currently only accept mail-in returns. In-store returns and pickup delivery services are not currently available. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Unauthorized return shipments may not be accepted.


5. How to Request a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us: Send an email to info@cityfashions.net with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 – Return Shipping Label: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.

Step 3 – Send It Back: Please ship the item to the address below. Do not mail back items without prior return authorization, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is completely FREE for all eligible returns. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for your convenience.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will prioritize your request and provide you with a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

Photo requirements: Please take clear photos of the damaged area or incorrect item details, as well as the packaging appearance, so we can quickly verify and process your request.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Washed or Modified Items: Items that have been washed, altered, or show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Damaged Packaging or Tags: Items with damaged original packaging, tears, or removed/damaged tags.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


9. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
